Founded in the late 1980s, Cotton Creek Investment Company, Ltd. (CCIC) is an integrated single-family office with a history rooted in four decades of advising and managing wealth for a small group of affluent families. Our expertise was initially shaped through advising families with substantial private holdings, providing deep experience in direct investments and the stewardship of control positions in operating companies. Our relationships and previous investment activity enhance our access to exceptional opportunities across multiple asset classes. 

Today, we apply the same experience, relationships, and investment acumen to the strategic management of CCIC’s balance sheet and aligned co-investors. We focus on opportunities that offer compelling risk-adjusted return profiles and potential for long-term compound growth. 

Our approach to asset management is diversified and risk aware. We are unconstrained and opportunistic yet grounded in a disciplined philosophy focused on making high-quality investments with trusted managers and like-minded family offices. We emphasize long-term capital appreciation while maintaining a strong focus on capital preservation. As active co-investors, we maintain a generalist perspective, targeting proven business models with sustainable competitive advantages led by best-in-class management teams.

CCIC does not actively solicit outside capital. We selectively co-invest with other sponsors and family offices.
